The World of Disney is Walt Disney World's largest gift shop. It is in the (currently named) Marketplace section of Downtown Disney, next to the Lego store and in front of the large outdoor stage.
What does the World of Disney have, you may ask? Everything. Everything you can imagine. There are Sections to the store, even. There's a princess section- complete with costumes, dolls and even the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. There's a villain section that for some reason is mostly jewelery and fine art, a 'manly' pirate section, a plush dolls section, a general toys section- it's incredible!

It is basically packed all the time, too. It's not just full of people, there is so much merchandise that it is sometimes literally overflowing the shelves. I have never left here without the perfect souvenir or gift. The only thing i say advise-wise is this: if you have kids or are you are likely to overspend, get a prepaid gift card either at the store or at any other Disney gift shop. This way you will know when you've reached your limit and exactly how much you have left to spend afterwards if you see something else you like at another shop- There are literally dozens of shops and kiosks in the Downtown Disney area and this is a great way to keep spending under control here and even even in the theme parks. It also gives kids the feeling that they are in control of what they can get (since it's their gift card) and a lot of families have said that this simple trip really reduces a kid's case of the "gimme's" throughout the day. I got that cool tip from the orlando vacation store site.
